Peer Quality Assurance Ltd take client and client user complaints very seriously. To this end, if you are a certified client of PQAL, a user of one of PQAL’s clients or another interested party, and you feel the need to register a complaint then please contact the UK Head Office, using the complaints form below. We will ensure we get back to you as soon as possible; the initial response from PQAL will include a copy of the Complaints and Appeals Procedure.
